Went over 1500 calories only once this week, but perhaps have burned way less calories on days when I don't run. I've also eaten and drank a fair amount of "bad" stuff while sticking to the calorie target. Running is going well and there's even a small possibility that this gain is due to leg muscles coming to life, but still disappointing to see that number go up and by such an amount.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
