Had a really hungry day yesterday. Tried to add filling lentil soup into the day's calories, but also made a small coffee cake. Hope today isn't as bad.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
