Pleasant surprise. I’ve been thinking about a 48-72 hour fast for a while to break the 180 mark. Calorie count has been low the last couple days, sub 1500. I usually have a 2000 calorie day after a couple days like that. Maybe I’ll share a progress picture when I break 180. I mean don’t expect to see muscle 🤣 but certainly a difference to be seen. We’ll see.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
