Slow and steady seems to be working. Good choices on which foods to eat, no sweets in the house, watching portions, thinking "hungry is good", regular exercise, no alcohol. I'm trying to think of food as fuel.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
