It must be dehydration vs less food or both 🤔

I'll take it 👍🏾 however I'll up my water today to be sure and keep around 1800 calories for a few days as I enjoyed my snacks, lunch and dinner yesterday

It's hard to stay around 1800. I have that as my RDI, and I have a hard time sticking to that number. It's a great day if you do stick to it.
