Thanks guys. You all keep me focused and even when I've been bad (I had lager last night and I'm not sorry 🙈) I just pop on here and it cheers me right up!

If lager is your favourite poison, then find a way to have it occasionally within your plan. I'm not cutting out anything - just being more mindful of what I consume and calories

sumaiyamc I do love a lager. I gave up alcohol for 7 years as it is a trigger for my awful migraines. Now, I only drink lager and never have more than 3. I'm like you, I never deprive myself of anything. 😊
