I expected a rise and am not upset about it. I had onions lastnight and some queso...limited myself to around 10 chips. It was a great dinner and .2 # increase...I will just do extra at the gym today. It is a fair trade-off.
105.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
