I'm dropping this here because my hope is to not go up when I weigh next week.

Trying to keep carbs low durring the week just keeps me from gaining weight. I'm grateful, but, that isn't helping me lose-weight :)

I need to water fast 3+ days. So, I need to 'mentally' get to a place where I can do it. This week isn't the week...

I hear you bro. I am still getting on the scale and logging my weight on FS. My mind is not focused on loosing weight. We will get there hopefully soon.
