Giving a go at not counting calories anymore...had a "bad" start 2 weekends ago and have been getting back on track this past weekend. I found that practicing my routine of yoga and a healthy filling breakfast is really the key for me to be positive and consistent throughout the day, so will stick to that! Will see how it goes 😊
59.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ohh I find it really helpful …everyone is different. I’m too maverick and undisciplined. Whatever works for anyone, I have total respect

Thanks pippjones☺️ I found counting calories together with eating mostly wholefoods really helpful in my journey, but used it mainly as a push to get healthier. Definitely can't go on like that forever! Best of luck to you too!

Paintyc same as you I mostly relied on it to lose weight and as I like to be precise I was always doing it no matter what. But as it's not something doable long term for me I'm trying to move on...and that's why the day after I consciously exaggerated just to feel free again🤣
