Nice little loss considering the amount of ice cream I consumed 😂
80.6 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It was a tesco one, Piggy Paradise it's called 😂 basically a knock off version of Ben and Jerry's but a fifth of the price

I never tried Ben and Jerry’s (how weird I know).. better to start with the cheap version so I don’t set my expectations too high and get disappointed 😂 How many grams of ice cream was needed for this loss? If I go on holiday and need to drop the weight… I will get this 🤪

Definitely recommend a whole tub then 😂 although my daughter helped share the calories with me

I have never tried Ben and Jerry's. Try the Lidl cornetto look alikes. 4 different flavours, 6 for £1.29. Can't remember exactly but I think they're around 150-160 cals. For the price they are amazing!
