Weekend away with Kim, Trace and Guy. Pleased that I've maintained my weight considering the huge lump of sticky toffee pudding I had Saturday night! Off to meet my personal trainer now to begin my Ashfield keep fit regime. OMG!!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
