Thank you X I don’t think I’ll be weighing myself again, currently 8 stones : 8 pounds , I think I want to just focus on building strength. My goal was 7 stones 10 pounds, not very ideal for building muscle

Yh Paula currently doing strength training and cardio but I think I want to focus entirely on strength training. I’m losing my hair because of low diet, I do need to fix this whole eating first😫 thank you so much for the constant help x

Oh Malia, sorry to hear that. I am going through that too for weeks but it is stress related and low vitamin d. Brushing my hair scares me these days or even washing it.
We are in a similar weight at the minute and to be honest even in maintenance I am still dropping weight (every 2 weeks maybe). That’s the beauty of strength training . You get leaner and don’t lose your curves. 🙂
