In July I lost:
• 4,4 kgs
• 7cm around my waist
• 5cm around my bust, chest, stomach and hips
• 2cm around my arms and thighs
87.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
