I felt the weight creeping back on and for a while I tried to pretend it wasn't that bad. After a crappy few months I decided I needed to deal with it.
15 years ago I went from 16 1/2 stone to 11 1/2. I managed to maintain it for all those years. Then 2021 happened. I feel and look rubbish. So before I end up a size 22 again I want to tackle this head on.
