Began the Dash Diet Feb. 7, 2014, after having gained back up to 166.9. I have lost almost 4 lbs. in 2 weeks and 5 days. I think I'm on the right track, I hope.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.0 kg a Week
