Haven't seen 200 in a few days; that is encouraging. My boyfriend finally noticed on Sunday, without me asking. That's progress. :)
88.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
