After four weeks of strength training, three times a week, one hour sessions; I think I'm starting to build muscle,hence the weight gain. I feel very motivated so let's keep her lit!
55.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
