Yesssss still going down, not recording foods I'm just aware now what contains what and am being careful. I must recommend Acai Berry capsules though, high strength though, twice daily, balances blood sugar levels it seems 😉
70.4 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
