Back into running.
The couch to 5k app is a really good starting point as it eases you slowly with alternating running and walking and also gives easy advice on form and breathing.
It was the only thing I found that meant I didn't give up running again after overdoing it on the first go. I never finished the 5k, life got in the way, but now I have a vague idea about what I'm doing when the urge to run rears its smug, persistent head.
Using strava or a similar app is also a great way to get some info on your running.
If you're thinking about it, go easy, but go!
