This is so hard now I am post menopause. Every little slip matters. Daugher ordered a take away Sunday and I did share it into 2 days instead of my usual one meal. I was under 2000 cals both days, but over my daily diet limit, but still put on! I thought I'd maintain.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
