I did very poorly yesterday. I'm actually amazed I didn't gain more. I guess it could show it's face tomorrow. In any case, I have recommitted. I'm also going to start working out again today. I have had plenty of excuses - no equipment before my stuff arrived from Texas, then no room because of boxes everywhere, then I'm going to be too tired because I am working OT all week.. etc. etc. But I'm ready now. I will say - my carpal tunnel has been horrible lately, so I am starting with lighter weight than I'd like, simply because idk if my hands will be able to hold them for long, especially since they'll be curled into a gripped position...
