Time to try and start tracking again, a weekend away and a few beers over the last month for the euro’s have pushed me over my maximum weight!!
83.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No but was full of beer and Chinese 😂 so the extra day meant I could lose a stone and hit my goal again 😂

It was a tougher night but still expectations were passed!! Ha ha it feels like quick sand I’m in but I’ll still get out of it. 😝
