So I’ve put on weight this week for the first time since I started back trying to lose weight.

I could blame that we were at a wedding in London or watching the football and drinking but to be honest; I was just bad in general this week I had a lot of chances to make good decisions and didn’t.

Must do better next week!
175.1 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 57.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
