After Having a big Rib Eye steak and a homemade desert with a friend last night along with 2 glasses of delicious Zinfandel, I lost .8 pounds!!! WooHooooo!
Maybe it was the bike ride I had this morning or the resistance training is making my calorie burn more efficient but I don't care what it is, the 240's are in my reach next week! Any tips would certainly be appreciated.
