I couldn't sleep and was also hungry last night. First time I've been hungry because I wanted one glass of wine with the excuse work stressed me. Those cals took away my good allowance. Sigh. Had to eat a weetabix and oat milk at 1am!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
