Yay! Over the plateau. Why because I was eating too much 🤦🏼‍♀️😆 I stopped recording my food intake thinking I was doing ok and the eating the same. But nope it was slowly creeping up, although not putting on weight it just flatlined so to speak, but have had a week of staying under 1200 calories and the weight has come off. Together now woth 2 trips to the gym with a personal trainer has done wonders. Feeling really motivated again 😊😊
82.7 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's a great drop - well earned I'm sure 😁 it's so easy to say 'oh yeah that looks about right' but being careful really pays off. Well done 👍
