woo hoo!!! half a pound until pregrany weight of the baby I just had. I will be ten settign goals of 10 pound increments which equals the weight I kept on withe the other three children-10 per kid, then I will count how much I need to lose to get to the weight I was before I quit smoking. :)
80.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
