Was hoping for a bigger weight loss, but I suppose 6.6 pounds in the first two weeks then 1/2 pound the following is kind of standard for the weight loss rule of thumb.

I can't wait until next week when I will add the workout to my new eating. I think I will see the results even better then.

Short note today since I've gotta get to work!
71.4 kg Lost so far: 26.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
