wow what a relief..had an accident.. after the 1st week in hospital they weighed me n I had put on 10lbs.. seeing I was kept there for 2.5 weeks I've been dreading getting back on the scales..2 weeks at home n very gradually the bandages coming off n this is my weight.. realized all the excess weight must have been all the bandages & padding they had covering my burns...soooo relived! 😃😃😃😃💪😃

49.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
