In light of the scale moving upwards over the last two days, I decided to look back at my measurements.

I gained a lot of weight in 2019. Somehow lost about 10kgs in 2020 while living abroad without exercise or changes to my diet.

Steadily gaining weight again this year, about two weeks ago I decided to start working out and make better choices regarding food. Calorie counting has helped so much! So this morning I decided to measure and it looks like I’ve lost around 9cm around my waist and 6cm around my stomach and thighs.

I wish the weight loss process could go a bit quicker but I’m proud of the progress that I’ve made so far, even though it’s not a lot and weighing every day keeps me motivated!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
