I went out to dinner last night and was not careful with my cheese and biscuit portions
86.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I wouldn’t step on the scale after eating out. Let your body deal with it first.

I had this in my mind this morning “don’t let your beans touch your eggs”. I think it was piggy’s comment 🤣 The bread is from coop.

Nice! I'll have a look at it next time I'm near a coop. Yeah it's only little one to wash but at least no soggy bread or beany eggs 🤣🤣

I was there the whole time and your name was mentioned in "vain" I thought it was pretty rude especially when 1 you weren't there , 2 there was nothing to point out. And nothing was said to upset this person... And she just decided to vent on everyone that was there. I get some people aren't at the same level of fitness as you or are into that sort of thing but now using your name to critise people or maybe "young generation" or whatever it was bad taste. Everyone is different and everyone should accept that and also their limitations... I might not be into your workouts but that's not the reason to go vent on you and use you to criticise everyone else. Either way.. I hope you're ok and your son is better 💕
