I'm so happy, my lowest weight this year. All I've really done is go down to one meal a day and increase the amount of water I'm drinking. so 😊
65.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week

that meal better be big then or you're just basically starving yourself to lose weight!!!

Actually, it's 2 meals as I do have breakfast and the one main meal. I hear you about losing weight healthily. It is important. 🙂
