Only lost a pound in over a week and I have been so good! Still it is still in the right direction - will keep going and up the exercise. I have gone from 1000 steps a day to over 10,000 and enjoying doing a few step ups and hand weights indoors. 2stone 4lbs off so far.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
