I normally only weigh in the morning but jumped on the scales as I was passing.
Pleased with that number.
I had a strange day yesterday. I ate banana in the morning and then wasn't hungry all day.
Skipped lunch (I NEVER do this) and ordered a filthy takeaway at 4.30pm, more because I fancied one and realised I had calories to spare than because I was hungry, then went for a 4k walk.
Today I skipped breakfast and had a cucumber sandwich for lunch. Planning an omelette for dinner, but that's more out necessity than hunger.
Anyone else notice their appetite drop with their weight?
