After about a week of not counting calories and not so healthy eating I was expecting worse... The biggest thing to change is making cheat meals single episodes and not actually cheat weeks 😅 Podcasts and youtube have good resources for that
62.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
