Some improvement this week. I can actually see a difference in my body. Today is Sunday though. I will be indulging in a real meal, right around 2 and then nothing.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Absolutely. Eating lunch late at 2 pm, I can go with nothing after that. Just water.
