I was not going to bother . But I reckon I have to do this . If I get into bad habits on here . Then the bad habits are going to creep into my food intake too . Happy that I am doing a little bit at a time . Makes sense to me .

Looks like you’ve got into a very nice trend these past few weeks! Not far from the first monster milestone of double figures instead of triple! .2kg a week is nice and gentle and achievable. Looking good Maxi!!
