by the end of the month in 6days im hoping to get to 67.5kgs ...any ideas on something new i cud trick my body with to lose 1kilo in these 6days?? maybe fasting, exercises??? advice would be appreciated!? 👍💕 thanks in advance
68.5 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried upping your daily water, intermetent fasting? Low carb/keto

Veggies specifically asparagus and eggs whites. Google women’s bodybuilding Comp diets and look at what they eat and drink in the last week before competition.

Stay away from starchy carbs like bread, pasta, rice, basically anything made from grains. Limit fats and oils to a small serving of seeds such as flaxseed, almond or walnuts. Eat mountains of non- starchy vegetables ( not corn, not potato). Eat protein from lean fat free sources cottage cheese, fat free yoghurt, fish, skinless chicken, ‘heart-smart’ or 95% fat free meats. Lower your total calorie intake by 10-15%. ( not difficult if 90% of your food is from non-starchy veg.) Drink an extra litre of water daily. Go for long walks or make sure you spend 20 minutes each hour in some sort of equivalent activity. Fast 18/6 once a week if you can.

Fasting! One meal a day. I lost a lot by fasting and low carb food.

If you really need to lose weight fast I recommend the egg/apple diet. Its not for the long term but works really well. Look it up on youtube. I did it by eating scrambled egg (whites only) in the morning and an apple afternoon and a couple of wholegrain slices of bread (nothing on them) evening). You can have egg lunch too. This was how I did it but its different to the actual diet but I lost 5kg in a couple of days.

I really wouldn't focus so much on the scales in that way. It's not a healthy and sustainable mindset for being healthy and slim. Crash diets like others have suggested are also fostering an unhealthy relationship with food.

with fasting you could lose 1kg every 3-4 days easily but it's mainly about finding the right way for you personally otherwise you will just relapse and lose heart. I mainly fast through till lunch and eat something light with high protein to last until dinner then I literally eat as much as possible. Every 2-3 days I change it up and eat breakfast then fast until dinner to keep my metabolism on it's toes. I don't have anything sweet in my house though and a "treat" for me is usually a protein bar. if I want a cheat meal I make pancakes with maple syrup and maybe ice cream once a week or once a fortnight. The main factor is lifestyle change although it doesn't have to be major (just move around more and more quickly or walk more). I could easily lose 1kg every two days but it's very hard to maintain that and I'm more likely to eat something I shouldn't because I'm so starved for fat and flavour.

your body is only slowing down in metabolism because you are losing weight your total daily calories needed are going down, muscle is metabolically active and will raise your energy expenditure the only thing that matters is calories in vs calories out anything that makes you move more throughout the day expends more calories example moderate state cardio you can also try eating more protein as it takes more to digest than carbs or fat protein will also help keep muscle while youre burning fat

from the mentor. 6hrs from when you wake up. black coffee.. then 300 to 400 calories only as 1st meal high protien you need to work on calorie deficit.. cardio does not make you lose weight only burns cals
