Ate far too much for dinner yesterday. Ate some chicken soup and was going to stop at that, but my son ordered a take-away and gave me one of his thin crispy fries. After that, he came down to the kitchen and left all the fries he hadn't eaten on a plate. Oh dear! they tasted delicious. After that, my other son said he was hungry, so I cooked some spare ribs and sweet potato fries. Yes, it is true, I didn't need to eat them. Hopefully the weight will come off fairly quickly.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
