so I haven't had a great few weeks, been eating a lot more carbs than usual 😑 starting fresh today 🤷🏽‍♀️ going to be good 🙃

67.2 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg. Still to go: 6.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

look at it from different perspective, instead of saying "i am gonna start all over again" u could say "i am just going to continiue what i was doing, after making this small break" :)
