Have basically been maintaining for ages, but seems to have helped recently to have used some Slimming World recipes. Have to adapt them a bit because of my food intolerances. Was hardly losing weight at all before, but can see from the FeelFit tracker linked to my scale that there were 6 days last week when my weight went from 12stn 5 to 12 stn 0.8, so a loss of 4.2 lbs. Spoilt it at the end by snacking on crisps and not bothering to cook, so I'm weighing 12 stn 1.2 lbs today, but shows that doing Slimming World recipes can help. On the days I used the recipes, I felt completely full, probably due to the fibre in the fruit and veg. Used recipes from the Slimming World magazine for March/April 2021.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
