I hope this is accurate and it stays down. When we got home last night I weighed naked and it was 117.8 after a week of being very strict. It was discouraging. We stopped for Chinese food on the way home from the mountains and I only had soup and a third of a shrimp dish, and no rice. That was my only meal yesterday. I did consider the extra salt they usually put in their food and wouldn't really have gotten overly concerned till tomorrow. I am cautiously pleased.
52.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Debbie, I don't know if you'll see this but to answer your question, my challenge is 114.5 with clothing on, by July 7th. I weigh in the morning naked, after I "evacuate". Is that the way you weigh? Do you drink any liquids before you weigh? I can be a couple of pounds heavier, later in the day after liquids or food.

No, sis, I don't drink anything before I weigh. I wake up, go pee, and hop on the scale. Can't run around naked because my son and his family live downstairs and they can come up at any time without letting us have advance notice. Of course, if I ever wanted him to move out, my running around naked would certainly be a motivating factor. I weigh in my pajamas, but I like your idea of not wearing any underwear on the final weigh-in day.
