Not sure any of you have experienced this, but currently when I think on what my weight is I consistently say it 254 versus 245. Not sure if I’m just being dyslexic or 250 was such an inbred goal that I can’t accept I’ve past it. Curious!
Onward and downward!
111.3 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
