hell yes first time below 210 in almost a decade. finally losing weight again after months of stagnation. I must keep it up. it's all portion and impulse control. late at night is the worst. if I can regulate past 8pm I think I'll have this beat. a handful of peanuts around 10am and 2pm may be assisting my body, by not activating starvation mode, if that's how that works. it's most likely I've gotten control of the portions for now.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
