搬回美國快一個月了,熟悉的超市什麼都想買,什麼都想回味。吃了不少垃圾食物,但還是盡量多攝取蔬菜,也盡量不吃早餐,(或吃了早餐,午餐就減量) 買了瑜珈墊、彈力繩、慢跑鞋,希望一切安頓好後,能再減一波。
