I was at a party last night. I had some smoked fish, veggies and wine (no other wine than semisweet was available. And I had 2 glasses). I was alomst sure to see a weight increase today. It was a nice surprise to see it isn't.
75.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
