91kg = lowest ever adult weight

88.9kg = 2 stone loss since starting

81kg = maximum suggested ideal weight. Gonna need at least one intermediate goal before this one.
92.4 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
