I find portion control to be one of my weaknesses. Therefore, yesterday I portioned out my cottage cheese into individual portions in containers I can grab as a snack. I also measured out my blueberries into little baggies. A little effort yesterday will make everything easier every other day. I find it is so important for me to develop systems and habits I can duplicate and sustain. I am in this for the long haul. I even rearranged and organized my kitchen to be easier and more efficient for me to actually cook in. My arthritis and spinal stenosis are making it hard for me to stand without assistance and reach for things or bend down to get them nowadays so now everything I use routinely is easily accessible and I have plenty of space to maneuver around with my cane and walker if needs be. All I need now are more small containers and small snack sized baggies. So it's off to the Dollar Tree I go. My daughter generously offered to take me Saturday. Yay.
101.8 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
