I have fallen off the wagon of recent months, I'm back again using the app and exercising. I don't think without this app that I would be able to lose weight tbh. Without tracking my calories and exercise my eye would simply be off the ball. The trouble is I expect I will have to keep tracking my weight forever after, because I have a bigger appetite than I should have for some reason. I love eating delicious foods, it's really hard. Last year I lost two stone, but I have gained just over a stone again since then. It just illustrates how difficult all of this is. I was always skinny as a teenager, so it goes to show that no matter what size you were growing up, you are in the same boat as those girls who were skinny previously. We can all run into problems with our weight, if you were a fat child don't feel you are naturally a bit fat, we're all the same, it's just a matter of how we manage our lives. I've gotta start my daily yoga routine now, I use gymra.com BTW, Chelsea Gilson is so wonderful 😊🙏 namaste.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
