yay!!! 21.5 lbs lost since 5/7/2020. That's less than a month! It has been a little hard and I have cheated some but it has been worth it. I am encouraged to really toe the line and follow the plan seriously. I don't see Dr Doshi until 7/12/2020, who knows how much I can loose by then if I really put my all into it. I haven't had sugar in weeks either. Rarely drink coffee and if I do I use Swerve or if Dunkin I use Splenda. I do miss my ice cream though. LOL
